Hey there, I found an interesting article. It deals with a topic of concern to me and one that probably should be for you too (if you or others plan to live on planet Earth 100 years from now).

Look at all the stuff they found!!! I've actually been a part of several of these types of events all around the world and it never ceases to amaze me what and how much you find down there. It's truly an endless endeavor but fortunately it's FUN and you end up feeling like a treasure hunter.

I should mention that over the weekend the National Rowing competition took place here in Santa Fe. Our junior team has been excellent for the past couple of years and they took first place again. The big surprise came from the adults where we took 3rd for the first time.

Big congratulations to everyone involved!!!!

We live in an area where preservation and land use is a major issue. An interesting snippet of news came in today whereby the Los Roques National Park has decided that only recyclable glass bottles will be allowed to be sold inside park boundaries. Now how about the rest of the parks, and plastic?
